President/Owner Clinton Millsap has 25 years of construction experience. Starting off in the industry as a Mural painter. Quickly becoming a Faux Finisher as well. His interest in fine custom homes grew as he produced more and more mural & faux finishes in showcase homes. Started by working on countless street of dream showcase tours for Sterling Ridge & Carlton Woods. Later transitioning into a Project Manager & Construction Designer. Making all the construction related design selections to meet the theme & design of 1.2-4million custom homes. All the while keeping his custom painting companies Magnifico Enterprises & CabRehab running to have greater quality control.

About the Builder

 

Clinton would go on to run large remodels in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Going on to build a few custom homes in Benders Landing in the following years. Utilizing his art background and construction experience to create themed stylish homes. He took a hiatus to from custom home building focus on his family life. He has now returned to the world of construction now that his two oldest have graduated college and his two youngest are in flight school & The University of Mary Hardin Baylor. With more time and less family obligations. Clinton is extremely excited to feed his passion of fine home building and remolding.

Education:

Clinton received a Master of Fine Arts, Houston Baptist University, while being a Scholarship Recipient , 2021 Houston, TX  a long time personal goal, because Clinton believes in continuing education. He previously attended the Florence Academy of Art, 2000, Florence, Italy and received his Bachelors of Fine Arts, Columbus College of Art & Design,1992 -1997, also while being a Scholarship Recipient, in Columbus, OH

Clintons art career remains active as his paintings have been on display recently in Lawndale Art Center - The Big Show 2022 and Houston Holocaust Museum, Withstand - Latinx Art in Times of Conflict, Houston, TX 2021
